Notes from a wandering minstral

I'm really not sure whether the last sentence of that last post should contain "who" or "whom." If anyone knows, please post a comment. I'm at my wit's end. (Awk! Wit's end.) Bizzare Aladdin reference.

to be is intransitive, and can be compared to an equals sign for the purposes of determining declensions. when pondering the identity of your advisor, the subject "who" is appropriate. when meditating on his dietary habits, however, the use of the direct object in the question "whom will my advisor eat?" is correct.
